Self Massage

Massaging your temples, neck, shoulders, face or hands is a simple, effective technique that can be easily incorporated into your day at the office or at home.  At home try massaging your feet (reflexology) or better yet, have your partner or children massage them for you.

Note: Treat yourself to a relaxing form of bodywork & you’ll be amazed at the results.  You deserve it!

Attitude

It’s important that you feel you deserve to relax, be pampered, re-energize and to do the things you love to do.

Most North Americans work hard all day and evening. By giving yourself a break of at least 30 minutes or more daily, you can improve your health significantly.    Suggestions:  Relax in a bath with candlelight, read a book, spend time doing your favorite hobby, get a massage, meditate.
