Established in 1998, touchback is a division of Dynamic Connections Health Group Ltd. based in British Columbia. The primary focus of the company is reducing stress in the workplace.

The founders of the company, Dianne Pender and Francie Palmer (click a name to read bio), have extensive backgrounds in business as well as alternative health practices.

Prior to receiving her certification in Polarity Therapy, Dianne spent 20 years in business and management.
Since completing her extensive training in 1992, Dianne has facilitated corporate and community seminars and workshops as well as developed a private practice in Polarity Therapy.

 Francie Palmer
After 24 years in the corporate world, Francie received extensive training in Aromatherapy to become a Certified
Aromatherapist in 1996. Francie developed a successful home based business and expanded services in two fitness centers to include Aromatherapy treatments.
